Crew Supervisor — Crew Supervisors manage a diverse crew of young adults, ages 18 to 25, in the safe and efficient completion of conservation projects in the outdoors, while also providing structured opportunities for personal and professional development both on and off the work site.

AmeriCorps Member Positions
Assistant Crew Supervisor — Assistant Crew Supervisors (ACSs) play a pivotal role in building successful crews and meaningful programming. They are leaders, facilitators, and communicators, tasked with inspiring fellow corpsmembers to achieve personal and professional growth. As both a member of the crew and a part of the leadership team the ACS occupies a unique and demanding position.

AmeriCorps Conservation Service Member — Join an AmeriCorps crew working on conservation projects throughout the Middle Rio Grande region of New Mexico. Crews will work to safely complete trail maintenance, scientific monitoring, and prescribed burn fire projects on public lands. Additional projects may include historic preservation, disaster relief, watershed restoration or other community improvement work. All corpsmembers will receive both personal and professional development training in topics such as First Aid/CPR, financial management, and public speaking skills.
