People who have the following are eligible:
(a) At least one year of service as an AmeriCorps VISTA;
(b) At least one full term of service as a full-time AmeriCorps State and National member;
(c) At least one full term of service as a member of the AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC); or
(d) At least one traditional term of service as a Peace Corps Volunteer.
Successful completion of a full term of full-time service is defined as the following:
· 365 days with AmeriCorps VISTA
· 1,700 hours with AmeriCorps State and National
· 1,700 hours with NCCC
· One traditional Peace Corps service term.
